2. SPECIAL SPRAY PAINTS: Our special paints are made in Germany can be laid evenly and show good Laser treatment. All major auto producers approve these paints. Infact the film characteristics are tested for adhesion of the lacquer, resistance to different climates (cold, heat, change in temp, alternating tropical climate, alerasion resistance and resistance to chemicals (like benzene, alcohols, water, hand lotions, sweat, cooling agents, lubricants etc.)

4. CUSTOMISATION:  Is the most important for this industry. We are proud to inform that we have undertaken several complicated customisations for Car industry. Multilayer products with pad and screen printing combinations.

5. EXPERIENCE: Our engineers have good experience in small batch productions as most of these applications do not require automated production.

6. SPRAY EQUIPMENT: Special spray booths and special guns are used for this application.

7. TESTING: We have our own lab to test the various parameters of the application.

8. ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES: PAD PRINTING AND SCREEN PRINTING. We have state of the art TAMPOPRINT. Pad printing and screen-printing unit where we can mix-match and print any color as an additional requirement sometimes in hazard knobs. Speedometer rings, mobile keys. We have our own screen exposing, stretching capability of best quality.

9. MOULDING: To complement small component production we use ARBURG machines to produce small parts by injection moulding. Our customers like this due to enormous savings in logistics and rejections. 

10. SILICONE PAINTING AND LASERING: On offer is a special industrial requirement of painting and laser etching on silicone keypads. This again requires special knowledge and application engineering of rare bike.
